Everything is baked fresh at the end of the week, flash-frozen, and shipped early the following week to ensure perfect quality upon arrival. (Note: 2-day shipping is required, especially in warmer months, so plan your shipping accordingly!). Just pop them in the freezer when they arrive and thaw as needed.
