NCR in Canada?

I'm live in Canada and have looked for doctors practicing NCR technique here, and the only one i've found is in Manitoba and isn't currently re-certified.
I don't know whether this means he simply hasn't paid license renewal fees or more worrisome, if he hasn't had some sort of crucial upgrade training that he needs to perform NCR correctly.
Please let me know if there are any other doctors practicing in Canada.

Go to www.ncrdoctors.com and see the latest listings. A serious, determine chiropractor who specializes in NCR has just moved home to Canada from Australia. The doctor in Winnipeg has not attended the most recent course updates. Perhaps he will come to the next one in June. Encourage him, if he is located nearby you!
